Just managed to get into the ground when we were awarded a penalty. Must have been my influence! M25? I thought it had been built to assist travel?

 

Good performance spoilt by the wind. Some interesting decisions made during the game evened things out but we had more than enough in the tank to overcome GWR. Not the best game we have seen, but 3 more points in the bag.

was the right result , and to be honest from on the pitch , 10 yards from the tackle , I thought it was a red .

The only thing that shocked me was that the referee was writing the offender into his yellow card column ! So when he pulled out the red I asked him why he'd done it and he replied , I cant see my writing against the red background !! ha ha

 

Hope the old boy who I chatted to in the bar was alright as he was sporting an ice pack on his finger from trying to save the ball behind the goal !!!
