off to brache tommorrow with a injury struck side but a good chance to have a look at a few players that have been waiting for a chance . can anyone tell me what the pitch is like at brache as i have never been there and i hear its not great .

I'm sure you'll be easy recognisable Rhodes.....not just by your coat of many stains....sorry meant colours, but with this wind you'll be running all over the shop trying to retrieve your syrup.

Was it a good game, was there any controversy out of interest, for example an early Hadley dismissal, as I'm surprised Holmer Green won so comfortably

 

Holmer Green were the better team and deserved their win. Playing with the wind in the first half, they troubled the Hadley defense and took the lead after a goalkeeping error.

 

It was more of the same after the break with Hadley looking lethargic and Holmer Green always first to the ball and playing at a higher tempo. Two further goals settled a poor game which was affected by the strong wind, especially in the first period.

 

I too was surprised by the ease of the Holmer Green win but they seemed to be up for it while Hadley never got going.
