How many pinned items do we really need? wall.gif

 

How many would you suggest H.H.,1 has been put into storage,the other a request for Players for a Fans Focus 5 a side team,has now been merged with the original post 'Eversley 5 a side Tournament' I personally use the Club Websites one a lot,for the twitter updates,Skinners post is a reminder to me of a person giving his time for others.Whitelaw is the C.C.L. Secretary and any important news can be put there.The other 2 are Clubs trying to promote their Social Events,just scroll down mate,it's easy.On the plus side,you do not have to read my drivel as much, as it disappears from view quicker.Just goes to show that many irregular members,always make a bee line for the C.C.L.Fans Focus Forum,for all the latest up to date Results,Fixtures,Gossip,Banter.LONG MAY IT LAST.

GF ...I only have a little mac! and I reckon posts that are interesting/ones that leave lots of replies should be seen towards the top. Agree with Smudge some items are good to see all the time pinned like results etc but when someone has an event we are all aware of it, should this be pinned? After all, it is a forum not an area for advertisement.

I THINK THIS SITE IS AN EXCELLENT ADVERTISMENT FOR ALL ''CCL'' CLUBS ONLY....... AND WHY NOT. ALL CCL CLUBS SHOULD TRY AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER, SO SHOULD A CLUB HAVE AN EVENT, WHY NOT ADVERTISE IT ON THEIR OWN FORUM, IT MAKES SENSE TO ME. I KNOW SMUDGE WILL AGREE AS HE HAS STATED WHAT USE IS THE CCL FORUM, WHAT ADVANTAGES DOES THIS FORUM HAVE.... IF ANYTHING, JUDGING BY THE AMOUNTS OF HITS, TO ME ITS A PERFECT TOOL AS LONG AS THE ADVERT IS NOT TOO PROLONGED. REMEMBER, IF YOU ARE ADVERTISING AN EVENT FOR YOUR OWN CLUB,THE PINNED NOTICE WILL BE DELETED AFTER THE EVENT ANYWAY !

 

YOU MUST REMEMBER ALSO HH THAT NOT ONLY CCL MEMBERS READ THIS FORUM, ITS OPEN TO EVERYONE WHO SIGNS IN........

 

ANYWAY TELL US, WHATS ON AT YOUR CLUB HH.......LOL !!!
