Well I have a season ticket as does one of my sons. Another son, who had a press pass last season, nevbertheless also had a season-ticket last season.

Before you rush yto nominate him for Clubman of the Year, retrospectively of course, however, I pay for all of them.

Sory laz.

I thought that you were on about my family. I thought that it was a strange question but I was happy to answer.

Family members? Well I stand in exactly the same place as my penultimate post.

For me everyone in the ground either pays or has some kind of 'free pass' authorised by the Chairman or The Board. That's fairly simple.

My over-simplistic view of things is that everybody who is not on official club business comes in through the turnstile and is either a pass holder (Ryman official or whatever), a season ticket holder, pays at the gate or is on the list of 'complimentaries' provided to the gatepersons. If they go to the bar first, they are politely directed [by the steward at the tea bar gate] to enter via a turnstile.

If the allegation is that some people are being 'let in' by some other means, this is a serious allegation and needs to be investigated or refuted by a club official.

Oh dear !!

Now I know why I rarely look at the message board.

For the avoidance of doubt may I confirm that I personally banked Ian Rogers cheque myself. Will you lot please get off your current bandwagon. We need another 300 people through the gate each week which is a little more of a priority.

It is interesting to note that those who complain the loudest, always offer to help, never do and have difficulty getting off their drunken backsides.

Support the team and get of the backs of those who help. If there is a problem then I will deal with it.

Oh dear! you seem to have missed the point!

The question raised was: "Does a certain committee member, her friend and a certain Mr McT enter the ground for free? If they do, do that have season tickets, ground passes or is it just accepted that anyone associated with or related to the committee can just walk into the ground for free?"

Everyone knows Ian's contribution to the club so his ownership of a season ticket was never in doubt.

So would you like to answer?

Furthermore, last night's attendance and performance shows that we have a lot to do to get those additional 300 people through the gate. Calling your season ticket holders drunks isn't helping.

Think before you post!

Well, of course he's missed the point.

That's because, for some ridiculous reason, the original post was deleted, and instead we only have half a conversation here.

The deletion of that original thread was pointless, and has done nobody any favours.

Just as a matter of idle curiousity, I wonder why the Chairman chose to bank Mr Rogers cheque personally, rather than delegate that rather mundane task to his staff and/or colleagues.

Call me Mr Doubtfire if you will, but I just can't see this rosy picture of the Chairman, queuing up at Barclays (or whoever) St. Albans just to bank Mr Rogers cheque.

I still can't help wondering if Mr Rogers personal £200 is, as stated, flushing the club's bank account after all. Put it down to close 'personal' experience if you will.

As to the missing 300 souls, it would appear a lot of work still needs to be done.

As I've said before, good luck John Gibson!
