All getting very close now. What a game coming up Tuesday night.....Manor vs Enfield

 

Also Stansted vs Witham........

 

 

one way traffic today

enfield 1 shot in the first half, to go with the 1 in the second half, although the ref who for the first 75 mins had a decent game, then decided to go loopy and warm us hardy souls with some wacky decisions, including playing the advantage on a free kick until the player had missed his change then finally brought the game back a fully 60 seconds later to give the free kick (amongst other madness that ensued) including a sending off but by then we had lost interest and surviving the freezing temperatures was the main aim...

Barking were full value for their win and deserved more than the 1 goal they got.

Enfield were woeful in the first half and arguably worse in the second half.

the only highlight was at least national express decreed that my train home was on time and the beer in the bar at brimmo was ok.

 

as for southend on tuesday - not a prayer on this performance.

we didnt turn up in the first half on tuesday v stansted although the game shouldnt really have been played (but was great entertainment for a fiver).

 

 

ugh - here we go again its the end of January, the tyres are flat and the wheels are coming off as usual.
