I am privileged to get to visit Krooner-ville tomorrow (Thursday) night. As a result, I have a very important question:

 

Just how good are the burgers?

Just dont eat a burger BEFORE the KO otherwise you will never fit into the referees changing room. And make sure you pack you clampons for running up the slope.

Mewc - better tell you now rather than waiting for you to find out yourself.

There won't be any burgers at the SYL game.

We can't get the staff to run the burger bar at all our games. We always try to get it open for the bigger youth games such as FA Youth Cup but, unlike sad old bastards like me who have no other life, trying to get someone to be down the club on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays to do the burger bar for every home game is impossible.

The bar bar will be open though.

Can I publicly thank Godalming and the officials for stepping in at short notice. Our SYL fixtures have been hit hard this season due to cup wins, postponements and abandonments and we're struggling to fit all the games in. Ourselves and Godalming both played on Monday and it looks like we've got two games a week nearly every week until the season ends. Any more called off and we might as well give it up as a bad job!

Come on Krooner you can take a bit of banter!! you should have hung around I would have treated you to a beer!! good game to come to though!! All the talk of them rotating the squad they made 3 changes but then so did we. They are a good side though and hope they go on to win that league as they have been close for the last 4 years!!

Touche DT you should know me better than to think my last post wasn't a tad sarcastic. Anyway thought they came out of the blocks quickly but once you guys got going you were much better until your keeper let that soft one in. Glad Mephs got a 3rd and that you keeper made 2 good saves afterwards, esp the one handed one that was a worldy. TBH if they are top then their league is comparable to ours and as for them not being too bothered you could see it was by the amount of moaning from both on and off the pitch at the ref.

 

Keep us posted on the Semi.
