Good interview with Mr O'C. Proper tactical analysis. Well worth a listen.

LMFAO - tactical and IOC in the same sentence - rubbish. This will be the same 'tactical genius' who shouted (WITH 20 MINS TO GO) 'Don't Push On' - Sweet baby Jesus, inviting them on to us, the defence dropped deeper as did the midfield, isolating the front two, no-one putting any pressure on the ball countless times before the goal was scored.

The same tactical genius who after the sending off elected to do NOTHING to compensate for the extra player. Common sense said take off either Bradbrook or Welford who had run their socks off and replace with an extra body in midfield where Hendon had been having the upper hand. Your fresh sub pressures the first ball, allowing your tired legs to pick the sencond pass - The lads left on the park didn't even seem to be re-shapped by the bench, Welford having to sprint a good 80yards to make a tackle almost in the left-back berth late on.

IOC and tactical analysis - rubbish - He wouldn't know tactical analysis if it launched him up the [****!!****]!

Mr Pridders - for once I totally agree with your synopsis. I too have witnessed many 'tactical' shouts from the dugout by IOC, and thought that my dog would be able to make a more sensible suggestion to the team on the pitch than his 'Get stuck in' messages!!

Succinct and correct !! The lads were tiring then anyway so even without the sending off fresh legs should have been brought on.If the lads in the squad are not believed good enough to be brought on then why name then.He had Osbourne on the bench!!! Ideal i would have thought.Cant blame the lads for listening but it is clear that we will only progress so far on IOC undoubted passion and mid table is it.

You dont want a saturday job do you?!!
