I have read it a couple of times now and have to say I come to the same conclusion as you TGE,! Not sure if there is a coded message in there somewhere!!!

Cracked it! If you take the second letter of every word, put them together and translate it into Swedish, it spells out:

 

"I HATE THE CANVEY SCUMMERS"

Dissapointed that we were knocked out of a competition we had a good chance of winning but was impressed with the way we battled in difficult conditions and did well to twice come back from being a goal down.

 

We were not at our best for the first hour or so and didn't really start playing until Healsey and Dobbo came on. On another day we would have won. We just didn't have the luck in front of goal.

 

Tuna for them looked a class act. His first two strikes were great finishes and the penalty was rather debateable to say the least.

 

Aveley are a much better side than earlier in the season and I'll be surprised if they go down.

 

If we're going to go out of a competition, I'd rather we go out fighting and certainly you can't fault the player's work rate and commitment. Was a cracking game of football and credit to both sides for producing a good game in difficult conditions.
