Sky Dive for Prostate Cancer

Hi All,

Just a quick one to raise awareness of my Sky Dive coming up for Prostate Cancer on the 5th March!!!!!

After losing someone close to me through Prostate Cancer late last year I decided to try and raise money for the charity by jumping out of a plane at 10,000 ft

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in the UK. 36,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year. 250,000 men are currently living with the disease.

I am on my way to reaching my target and have £230 left to reach £750, anything you can spare would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you again and I hope we can all come together and raise lots of money for a wonderful cause!

Come everyone lets GET BEHIND SKINNER14!!!

He is not just a new comer who has just come on here to raise a little extra cash as his mere 6 post suggests. He recently changed from a faceless account, who regularly contributed on this site, to an account with his name in so everyone knows who he is.

So come on everyone! Its a great cause. He's a great guy. He's doing it for the right reasons.

I'm a student with no money and if I can put £10 in than everyone on this site can. He is Woking Peacocks assistant manager, would be a player if he hadn't suffered numerous knee injuries and had to hang up his boots aged just 23.

GREAT CAUSE, GREAT GUY. HELP HIM!!!

Lets get behind Skins and maybe he may be Smudge's latest Gold Memberdance%20(2).gif

Ta mate will do...Good luck..I did one in Kent 20 yrs ago 14000 ft its a long way down...your ears pop like feck and its freezin cold up there. Take a spare pair of pants cos when u are strapped to the front of your instructor hanging over the open door 10000 feet up you may have a mishap...I won't spoil it but when ur on your on your way down and he taps your arms...Strap urself in son.

Weeble - thanks for the heads up! I will certainly wear an extra pair of pants, though starting to think maybe a nappy might be more suitable ( I don't even like Detonator at Thorpe Park!)

loop - That's brilliant, thank you very much! I'll make sure he hands it over and doesn't buy a pizza with it!

I'm buying the DVD of the jump so I'll upload that to YouTube and post the link on here so you can all see me land (maybe/hopefully)

So pleased people have got behind Skinner!!! If you haven't then donated why not?

Very surprised that Skinner hasn't shown his appreciation and become a gold member though ;)
