Jurgs you know me mate, I've given him a good run for his money! 1 ACL, 1 dislocated shoulder and now 1 cartilage tear in same knee. Me and him are a right old pair.

 

Was with Odgie last night, he is in good spirits despite the seriousness of the injury, credit to his character. Watch out for a Odgie/Skinner management application soon

Yeah that's true, but only really known you since the cartlidge tear.....and you just make more of it !

 

Odgie was at Cobham with me when he had 2 pretty serious injuries that I can think of. Like you say though that is a credit to his character (as was yours when you suffered your latest injury)..

 

I thought you already had that with the Peacocks?!?!

Peacocks is a nice little learning curve for the two of us, but bigger things are still to come! You never know Jurgs you might be getting a call from us to be goalkeeper/coach

Just thought i would give people an update on my injury.

 

Operation went well, i had it 6 weeks ago now, still on crutches (damm things!!!). I had the two screws in my knee cap which will hopefully fuse the knee cap together. Ligament reconstruction from a previous operation seems to be intact which is good thing!

 

Rehab time for me, have been told that i will make a full recovery but will have to seriously consider contact sports!!!

 

 

 

Thought about it and i cant wait to be our there playing again

 

Thanks again to everyone's kind wishes and suppport. I'm enjoying being involved with Knaphill and the club have been great to me along with family and close friends etc. Positivity is the way forward. I hope to see people soon down at redding way!
