Blue and white. Stef joseph who is by far your best player is ex warlingham along with richard white and young giles. The reason you are gaining momentum is because of your manager who managed these players in his very good warlingham youth side. As for me being honest about my team, I personally dont think you will find. a more honest manager. Nice to see you post after every game and give your honest opinion. As for your cup final wednesday night i would argue that you destroyed us, you won end of. As i said before nice to see to see new posters on here lets just hope they continue to post. Just out of interest what number were you on wednesday night!

Cobham 2-1 Warlingham

Detrermind, fit, hungry and confident what how I described my side at beginning of season. After yesterdays performance that was what I was saying about Cobham. Yes we did create nore chances, yes we did play the better football but yet again missed chances have come back to hurt us. When you dont win second balls and you let players run in areas that hurt you then you will never win!!

Yet again a disappointing result for Wars and mainly their own doing. A bright start and chances for Wars that we failed to convert with Cobham starting to get into game they take lead on 19 mins through a deflected goal when all we had to do was clear lines in the passage of play before. Chances fall to Wars all through the first half including two one on ones and a free header from 6 yards and didnt take one of those. Cobham looked busy and fit and for the first time this season my side looked like we were off the pace although Cobham created little in first half they had more possession and looked the better side.

Second half started much same as first with Wars looking to get straight back into it but yet again missed chances, and then on 58 mins a floated corner from Cobham and Wars flapped fannied and for some reason decided to watch the ball just bounce in 6 yard box for the Cobham player to slot home 2-0 down and yet again we need a fight back to rescue at least a point...

Wars pushed and battled but just could not hit target a few half chances fell to Cobham but it was Wars who had the better chances which came to nothing. In the last minute Bugden beat the off-side for Wars to half the score line 2-1.

Another bad day for Wars and I can only out it down to the massive break over the winter time. You dont become a bad side over night but at the minute we just are not taking our chances and we are looking off the pace. Hopefuly get a decent weeks training in and then Hounslow next Saturday at home. Hope to get 3 new players in by Tuesday just to liven things up again. 10 points dropped in last 4 games makes promotion seem a mile away!

YOU'RE RIGHT TUCKS 1 POINT OUT OF 9 NOT PROMOTION STUFF MATE. LOOKING AT THE TABLE WITH OTHERS ABOVE WINNING, ITS GOTTA BE A BIG ASK TO GET PROMOTED. ............. SO ITS NOW 3 NEW PLAYERS NEXT WEEK NOT 2 ? .....BE INTERESTED TO SEE WHO THEY ARE !

1 All draw at Wembley . Gave Wembley the lead when our keeper makes a mistake, but soon we was level with a similar goal. Both sides evenly balanced but mins into the 2nd we have our centreback sent off. However i thought we upped our game & was the better of the two sides & had a good chance to win it but saw a penalty blasted over but will take a point when you have to play the 2nd half with ten men

Knaphill 2 - 0 Staines Lammas

J.Willis

E.Cardona

Serious knee injury to Tom Davis just before half-time, Tom was take to hospital and all at Knaphill FC hope he is fit again soon.

Goals in each half from James Wills & Ed Cardona sealed a great win against a hard trying Lammas side who could have taken

their chances and left with a share or all of the points. Anyway a 100% record for Dave & Adie and more points in the bag in our climb

away from the 'drop zone'

Staines Lammas Reserves 1 -2 Knaphill Reserves

Jack Ball & Bradley Faser, two Youth team players, sealed the points fo Knaphill in new Manager Andy Martin's first game in charge.

With the average age of the team under 20, this is a superb advertisement for having a good Youth set-up!

ELLERS WHAT'S GOING WRONG ! NO GOALS AGAIN ? HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THE SHOOTING DRILLS I TOLD YOU TO DO, LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVEN'T !

THINK YOU'VE BLOWN YOUR CHANCE OF PROMOTION NOW MATE ? THE OFFER IS STILL THERE BUT REPEAT MY SERVICES CAN BE EXPENSIVE ....LOL !

JJ NOT A GOOD DAY AT THE OFFICE AFTER TAKING THE LEAD, WHATS YOUR RUN DOWN ON THE GAME ? ALSO AS ABOVE, HAS ONE OR BOTH OF THE CARDONA BROTHERS LEFT COVE FOR KNAPHILL ? ....... STRANGE ! PLEASE EXPLAIN.....................

Loved TRS' half time Twitter update: "Even game, not many chances. Leiston fans expect a yellow for every foul, apart from theirs of course!" Very true!

As for the game, it's fair to say the better team won. But they should always have been favourites given their performances in the FA Cup this season. We did well to give them a game, certainly in the first half. We should have been more switched on after half time though and that's what really cost us - having to come back into the game will have taken its toll on the players. That tiredness showed in extra time when we simply second best.

Still, it's the furthest we've ever been in the competition, it's a season record attendance and we even managed to get NICE GUY to come to our humble abode. Three things that our lads can be very proud of as we turn our attentions back to the league (via the Surrey Senior Cup and Premier Cup, of course!).

Done a job in 2nd gear. 2 influential regulars missing from the spine of the Cobham team, so happy with the points.

6 wins in last 6 games now (4 league 2 Surrrey cup). Taking each game at a time and still we are growing as a side.

Not a shadow of the Wars side we faced early on in season who I had down as walk away champions!

Where is that winger I think called "felix" he was the stand out star in last game we played against Wars.

City lucky to keep No4 on the pitch...Look at the No4 after they conceed the second goal...It's easy to be disciplined when you are winning.........It's when you are loosing you show your real character......2 sent off should have been 3 I think that is an awful reflection on the CCL...

Hartley Wintney 1-1 South Park

Even first 20 with tackles flying in from both side and both side lucky to still have 11 on the pitch! Park grabbed the lead from a mistake from the keeper and from this Hartley were there for the taking but once again failed to take a number of chances and this came back to haunt them.

Second half HW started the better but our keeper had nothing but rountine saves to make, was a stop start game and with the Ref losing control both teams trying to get on with the game but Ref insisted in pulling the game up for what looked like fair but strong tackles from both sets of players. Was still end to end stuff but Park couldnt kill the game off!. Walking off the pitch with injury time left i was sure we had done enough to hold out for the valuable 3 points. But i was wrong unfortunately.......90 odd minute and a cross from HW was turned into his own net by our right back, then minutes later a late tackle from our centre mid (which looked no worse than the tackles that had been flying in all afternoon) turned into a free for all. Handbags mainly but punches were thrown, i thought it might end 5 a side if all was seen. But straight red for the tackle and another for the fighting, HW recieved a sending off for a second yellow, which i found strange, but that just summed up two of the officials on the day. Will say the other offical was spot on with every decision he made, shame he was let down by the other two jokers.

With Eversley`s game against Hayes Gate (dubiously) cancelled went down to watch this one and it was a highly competitive hum dinger for the neutral! South Park dominated early on as Hartley started a little negatively. Park centre half missed a free header from 6 yards, they then hit the bar and had two cleared off the line...all in the first 25 minutes. Then Hartley's keeper lost his grasp of a regulation claim and the visitors were gifted the lead with a tap in. Hartley's tricky and pacey winger had Hartley`s only real 1st half chance I can recall but he shot straight at the SP keeper...who reminds me of Brad Friedal!

1-0 at half time and whatever the HW management said at half time definitely worked as they were a different team in the second half. Little Kieron No 6 and Paulo No 8 started to win the midfield and Hartley decision to keep 3 up certainly caused South Park lots of problems leaving there excellent full backs unable to support. Hartleys pace up top was now a major threat but the couple of chances created were both spurned. At the other the South Park striker... Chris Lavery I think .... looked very dangerous for Park on the break despite being isolated for much of the second half. He is very quick and works as hard as anyone when not in possession. This threat could and probably should have won them the game but huge credit to Hartley as they battled for every second of the game and got their equaliser when Friedal dived out to a low cross obscuring the view of the SP no2 and the ball hit him and went in. Rather unfortunate as he was one of several who had excellent games.

There was still time for a 22 man mellee though! My view for what its worth is there were probably twenty tackles in the game worse than the one that caused this. Little Kieron hurdled it and it was his reaction more than anything that ignited things. Definitely saw at least one punch thrown and you can argue til the cows come home as to whether the officials got it right by sending off 2 from SP and 1 from HW. In general I think the referee let too much go early but that is very subjective. One thing that isn`t is the amount of times the referee blew for free kicks when the side offended against had retained possession and were on the break....very frustrating for both teams!

Incidently I heard a whisper yesterday that Hayes Gate were considering withdrawing from the league?... Hayes Gate can you shed any light on this one?

Bit harsh Weebs, thought it showed a lack of class from the 2 Leiston players to taunt him after the goal. Can only assume there had been an earlier issue between them.

You know my views on discipline...not harsh at all....Those 2 other sending offs may well cost them games when not available also u never raise your hands regardless...My point may be taken on board it may not but in my book discipline is No 1.

We started brightly and went in front after 5 minutes. We dominated for the majority of the 1st half but couldnt seem to get that elusive 2nd goal. RPV came at ud strong 2nd half and deserved their equaliser. Free header from a corner gave them the goal which spurred them on. We had a few more chances as did RPV. The winner was from a free kick crossed in to the keepers hands......which he dropped at the feet of the striker. Our defender tried to clear it but smacked it at the keeper which rebounded in to the net. Sounds a bit like the sort of bad luck we had at Chertsey. How long can bad luck last??

As for Woody Cardona (the winger), he decided that he wasnt enjoying his time at Cove and moved on quietly. We wish him well at Knaphill as he was well liked. TRS unfortunately killed him with the film footage of Cove v Guildford where he missed about 5 good chances. Dont think he ever recovered! Nice to see him score for Knaphill at Division 1 level on Saturday! He will end up being a top ccl prem player mark my word! We still have Elliot (the striker) at Cove who played very well on Saturday and is finding his form and touch since his long lay off through injury!

Anything else i can help you with Nice Guy? Maybe finding the Caps Lock key? Or a computer repair shop or maybe even PC World for a new computer?

DORKING FC 1 - CHERTSEY 3: Official match report and team.

At long last, after all the inclement weather over the past two months, the weather was kind enough to allow Peter Buckland to test out his new look Dorking side at Meadowbank, the game being Dorking’s first match at home for over 2 months. The test came against one of the strongest sides in the league, Chertsey Town expected still to be on the teams challenging for top spot come the end of the season.

Dorking will count themselves mightily unlucky not to have taken a point against high flying Chertsey Town in an eventful game which was full of incident from start to finish.

Buckland has brought in around 10 fresh players into the squad since the last home game on 20 November, and with Tyrone Oliver restored to the heart of the Dorking team after a brief sojourn away from the side, this time as captain, Dorking looked a completely different side to the team that had last played at Meadowbank those 2 months before, belying their league position with a gutsy performance that suggests Chicks may have a better second half of the season than seen to date. Most encouraging was the performance of Dorking old boy Craig Duffell in midfield who seemed to control the strings of the Dorking team with a performance reminiscent of some of the performances Duffell has contributed to the Dorking cause in previous years.

Dorking started in lively fashion, both sides committed to attacking, but after 10 minutes, Dorking centre back Dan Dunning committed a full blooded tackle, his second of a yet young game, and could have little complaints to receive a red card from the referee after this tackle saw the Chertsey player caught. Down to 10 men, Buckland did not go for a damage limitation exercise, keeping two men in attack with a 3 man midfield and for the rest of the half, it was not obvious that Dorking were a man short. Indeed, 10 man Chicks created two great one on one chances, Chertsey keeper Bradshaw saving well. Chertsey were naturally creating plenty of chances themselves, and took the lead after 20 minutes, a deflected shot beating John McBride in the Dorking goal to put Chertsey ahead.

The old Dorking may have laid down and expected a heavy defeat against a side of Chertsey’s quality, instead Dorking took the game to the opponents and it was no surprise when Dorking equalised on 43 minutes, the lively Leroy Hyett latching on to a through ball to score despite Bradshaw getting a hand to the ball.

Chertsey came out in more disciplined fashion in the second half, and scored early in the half from a pin point cross and header that gave McBride no chance, and a lobbed effort from Dean Papali made it a flattering 3-1 to the away side with 25 minutes to go. Dorking continued though to play attacking football, and were given a glimmer of hope with 15 minutes to go when Chertsey themselves were reduced to 10 men when a poorly timed challenge saw the referee once more brandish the red card.

Dave McCann could have immediately reduced the arrears when put into the Chertsey half on goal from the resulting free kick, but McCann snatched at his shot, and Chertsey escaped. Minutes later a great run from Joe Chandler who weaved in and out of several Chertsey defenders in the away tean penalty area saw a great cross shot just over by the impressive Duffell from close range, a goal at that stage which would have made the game very interesting as it entered its final stages.

Dorking continued to press and play football, but were unable to reduce the arrears as Chertsey ran down the clock, but Pete Buckland will feel that his new look side can surprise a few teams in this league with nearly half of the season still to go.

Team: – John McBride, Asa Rixon Nichols, Jamie Rixon Nichols, Dan Dunning, Luke Read, Tyrone Oliver ©, Craig Duffell, Dave McCann, Leroy Hyett, Harry Maneh, Joe Chandler.

Substitutes:- Dean Milton, Carlton Hall, Toby Fitzgibbon, Sam Sawyers, Jon Tyler.
