a full set of fixtures tomorrow ?

LETS HOPE SO KROONZZZZ.

UNFORTUNATELY THE FIXTURES ARE NOT THAT ENTERPRISING TOMORROW WITH MOST TOP CCL PREMIER TEAMS PLAYING LOWER OPPOSITION, SO THE GAME THAT REALLY STANDS OUT FOR ME IS MOLESEY -V- EPSOM & EWELL ESPECIALLY AFTER EPSOMS VICTORY OVER CHERTSEY LAST WEEK, THEY WILL BE FULL OF CONFIDENCE AGAINST A MOLESEY SIDE PUSHING GUILDFORD FOR TOP SPOT, SO THIS COULD BE THE COCKTAIL FOR A DECENT GAME AS BOTH LIKE TO GET THE BALL DOWN AND PLAY SO THAT'S PROBABLY GOING TO BE MY CHOICE.

WHERE YOU OFF FILMING TOMORROW TRS ?

thought you may do the Vase game NG ;)

NAH KROONZZZZ AS STATED BEFORE, THE 2 PLACES I WON'T GO TO ARE 'THE SPECTRUM' AND 'THE ARENA' SORRY, BUT YOU ARE SO FAR APART FROM THE PITCH THERE'S NO ATMOSPHERE AND TOTALLY SOULESS IN MY OPINION ....UNLESS OF COURSE YOU HAVE A FEW BEAUTIES RUNNING AROUND THE RUNNING TRACK.....LOL !!!

NG - I know you have made it clear you dislike the Spectrum and intend to stay away from there, but I really think that this should be the neutral choice for tomorrow. Guildford are our league leaders and will be playing against extremely strong opposition and it is a game that is pretty much a potential one-off and one that you may regret missing if the CCL side can come out victorious. You can watch us and others every other week but this game is surely the one you should be at. By all means come down to Walton Road, as you will as usual be more than welcome and it should hopefully be a decent game, but I would push aside my views on the Spectrum and get yourself down to the Vase game. You can come and see us play Guildford on Tuesday. Just a view from afar.

Spot on Kroons,N.G. I think at heart is a Molesey Fan,but interesting Steve is encouraging him to go to the Spectrum, think N.G. has not lost his Ryman roots,he only goes to Premier Games. So he is not a Groundhopper,he is a value for money FAN.Now that I know he will not be going to the Vase game,I Think I will have a few pennies on Guildford to win, only lost 1 game this year,Ryman class players, with the right attitude, anyone know the odds.

THERE IS SOMETHING IN YOUR COMMENT MANAGER50 IN THAT IT WOULD BE GOOD TO SEE A TEAM FROM ANOTHER LEAGUE, FOR EXAMPLE I WENT TO WATCH EPSOM & EWELL PLAY ST.NEOTS BUT TO BE HONEST, ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE SPECTRUM !

I SURE WOULD HAVE GONE TO WATCH THIS GAME ANYWHERE ELSE. INFACT HAVING WATCHED ST. NEOTS, WHO MAY I SAY ARE A VERY GOOD TEAM HAVING ONLY LOST 1 GAME THIS SEASON IN ALL COMPETITIONS, AND THAT WOULD YOU BELIEVE WAS LOSING 3-2 AGAINST LEISTON IN THE FA CUP ! ....SO GAME ON.

LEISTON ARE CURRENTLY LYING 5TH IN THEIR RESPECTIVE LEAGUE/DIVISION HAVING ONLY LOST 1 GAME WITH GAMES IN HAND OVER THE TOP TEAMS. SIMILARLY, GUILDFORD WHO WE ALL KNOW ARE TOP OF THE CCL PREMIER, HAVE YET TO LOSE A GAME IN THE LEAGUE AND HAVE ONLY LOST 1 GAME THIS SEASON, AGAIN IN THE FA CUP AGAINST CLEVEDON GOING DOWN 2-1

SO THIS GAME DOES HAVE THE MAKING OF A VERY GOOD CUP TIE DEPENDING ON HOW STRONG EACH RESPECTIVE LEAGUE IS, BUT I HOPE FOLLOWING THE CCL THAT GUILDFORD GO THRU' ALTHO' IT SEEMS A HARD TASK, BUT HAVING SAID THAT, IT'S A ONE OFF SO ANYTHING COULD HAPPEN, A DRAW WOULDN'T BE A BAD RESULT FOR GUILDFORD............. BUT A WIN WOULD BE BETTER !!!!

GOOD LUCK GUYS !

UMMM NOW HAVING SAID ALL THAT, MY MINDS NOW THINKING SHALL I ...........................

Anyone know how the surface is at Frimley Green? Not played there for a few season now, always missed out on the away fixture, used to be a mould all years because of it's firm 'stoney' land

Ha, ha - take your point, but I think he has only been a Jonah for Chertsey to be fair - if at all! I would honestly like to see Guildford progress as it will boost the standing of the CCL if they get through, and we need that if our powers that be are ever going to get another place for promotion from our league. The main theme of the post is that football is about following your passion, warts and all, a bit like my lifelong support of West Ham who, at the moment, appear to be an absolute embarrasment as a club but will continue to maintain the support of all of us hammers. Mention of Spectrum does fill people with dread as it is not the greatest place in the world, but Kevin has to get his lads up to play there every other week, so he deserves great credit for that. I also recall Sweeny once responding to a post and saying that most fans only go there once a season, as opposed to him and his mates who attend all home matches - or as many as possible. They still give their full support and are a great bunch of lads from what I know of them. Also, if Guildford are going to lose games, I would rather it be league games to be fair (apart from Tuesday!).

And, yes, the more cup games they have the more of a potential backlog there will be, but the amount of games we are talking about will not amount to enough to have too much effect on their squad to be fair.

So, NG, you have actually responded and the points you have raised only enforce my view that you should be down the Spectrum tomorrow. If not, and you come to us, make yourself known and I'll get you a beer.

DEAREST SMUDGY BOY, I SUPPORT NO-ONE AS I'VE STATED PREVIOUSLY. WHAT I DO THO' IS GO TO WATCH GAMES THAT SEEM ATTRACTIVE BE IT ON PAPER ANYWAY ! I HAVE ALSO STATED BEFORE THAT I LIKE WATCHING ''FOOTBALL'' COS BEING A FOLLOWER OF RYMANS FOR MANY-A -YEAR I GOT FED UP WITH WATCHING THE BALL GET HOOFED ALL THE TIME, SO WHEN SPEAKING TO A FRIEND WHO WATCHED CCL, HE PERSUADED ME TO WATCH CCL LAST SEASON AND HAVE TO SAY THERE IS MORE FOOTBALL PLAYED IN CCL BUT THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM, ATTITUDE, COMMITMENT (NOT PLAYING WISE), FITNESS AND STRENGTH IN THE RYMAN IS THERE TO BE SEEN, INFACT IN ALL HONESTY ONE COULD EASILY SWAP OVER THE BOTTOM 6 OF THE RYMAN AND TOP 6 OF THE CCL PREMIER AND SEE NO DIFFERENCE IN MY OPINION.

AGREE THAT I HAVE WATCHED MOLESEY MORE THIS SEASON THAN ANY OTHER CLUB 4 OR 5 TIMES NOT SURE, BUT MOSTLY THEIR GAMES ARE AGAINST TOP OPPOSITION IN THE CCL PREMIER, PLUS THEY HAVE A NICE STADIA, GOOD SUPPORT, GOOD GRUB AND THE BEER IS CHEAP ALL WHICH CREATES A GOOD ATMOSPHERE AND DAY OUT ALSO THEY DO PLAY ATTRACTIVE FOOTBALL TO BOOT AND THAT'S ALL.

I'VE NEAR ON SEEN ALL THE CCL CLUBS THIS SEASON, THE SECOND MOST IS CHERTSEY SO AM I A CHERTSEY FAN ..................................

I said I would get it - not necessarily pay for it!! I work behind the bar to help out on the odd occasion! Swept the two changing rooms last night, with my assistant (Pete), while the lads all tucked into after training hot food we supply.

And when I say "with my assistant", I mean he helped me and we actually used brooms!
