Tom Bradbrook signs for Gate

Pinns can drop back and play as an attacking m/f supporting the front two? Hopefully we can try to be a bit more positive and not play 5 defenders especially at home.

Yes agree totally..let's be more attacking! With welford, pinns and bradbrook its going to be very different to just having welford up top on his own with pinns attacking from midfield!

As usual Derek you are running down 3 fine players IMO. If Sean Welford has not seen them how comes he has scored 12 goals so far?

I think you are having a problem with the word creative, as I see it I'm not running down players but we have one defensive midfielder one whose better wide and defensive and another who is capable of scoring the odd wonder goal and is a bit more attacking, we are in need of the type who can distribute, hold and control the ball and make the passes that the forwards are looking for.A mid-field general is possibly a better term. Any way until that person arrives lets see how we do.

I know vwery little about bradbrook-but from photos only - he looks a bit in the rooney, phil collins mold/build of a hustling type striker-as opposed to your nippy fast and furious type who plays off someone.

Does anyone know his actual style of play/physique ?

Could it be that we are going to have two physicalish strikers in welford and bradbrook which would be very good imo ?

Who ever, what ever he looks like. I don't care so long as the "PLAY SOME PART" in todays game is from the first to the last whistle (not just a 20 min run at the end,or as with some new signings in the past not at all) and, he scores the winning goal.

Lets hope that this is the start of a rebuild not only of players but attitudes ahead of a move next season into our new-stadium/ future. Lets face it,We look as though we are not going for promotion this season. We are not yet in a true relegation battle. So get organised NOW for the tomorrow not, just today.

Things have got to start and tick from now for next season, If the guy in charge lives upto his title of Manager then all well and good. We have only one shot at getting things right before kick off at the start of next season, so lets be knowing. NOW
