Council Cabinet Meeting outcome - long post!

Can I repeat what I said before----there's no point in argueing with the may psuedonymed Mr Janik--he inhabits his own fantasy world. Just point out his deceptions, loud and clear, so he knows he can't get away with it, but don't bother arguing with him

Go on Mr Janik, how many names have you used to make posts against the development on the Slough community forum? Do you think it is democratic, fair or honest to pretend there is opposition to the scheme, when much of it comes from you making posts under different names. What a way for a councillor to behave. Legal?---yes, decent?---no, honest?---no, open and above board?---no, a role model for your children?---certainly not unless you want warped deceitful and deranged offspring.

Mr Janik, you make Grima The Wormtongue, from Lord of the Rings, look honest.

I wrote a long and reasoned response to Janik's falshoods but inadvertantly lost my post.

Suffice to say that my third e-mail he mentions states the following:

Okay.

Seeing as you are supposed to be representing the interests of the people of

Slough and, specifically Brtiwell and you so fervently and impolitely refuse

to do so, I have no option but to explain to our readers that the person

that many of them elected to represent them has no interest in explaining to

them why he is so clearly uninterested in doing what's best for Britwell and

Slough.

I didn't think such smallminded people still worked in local government. I

guess I was wrong.

Paul

I leave you to find anything untrue in there.

As for you Janik - You know full well how to do a whois search from a domain name - if you are so determined to find my surname, feel free to do so. From there you can also find my address should you be so inclined. I, unlike you have nothing to hide.

I don't know about Grima whatever, but he makes Geoffrey Archer seem honest!

[color:"blue"]Thanks for your very helpful explanation about Kennedy Park.

I do strongly oppose shops, hotel and houses being built on a public park in a run-down area of Slough.

Site found for new stadium will meet resistance

08-Sep-2003

Slough Council have offered to modernise Britwell's Kennedy Park and plan to include houses, shops, a hotel and a football stadium on the 33 acre site.

[color:"blue"]Why did Slough Borough Council tell me on Tuesday 9 September there were definitely NO such plans?[/color]

The Slough Town Supporters Association who have protested against the club leaving Slough have welcomed these proposals as it would put the club at the centre of the community.

However the plan needs to be 'sold' to the local residents if the project is to get the go ahead.

Previously another local side Burnham FC tried to build a new stadium at a site on the other side of Britwell but were met with resistance so developed their existing ground instead. This option is of course not open to Slough as have no home ground at present. This may be Slough Town FC's last chance of having a stadium in Slough.

The council have set up an e-mail for residents and fans to pass on their comments of the proposals it is britwellscheme.slough.gov.uk

Don't judge me by what I say, but rather by what I do. I'm remaining anonymous because I know damn well he is very computer orientated, and will find out anything he can about you.

Yours sincerely,

Lord Lucan

Mr Janik likes asking questions, but for an elected representitive, he doesn't like answering them.

I've asked it twice without a reply, so here goes again.

Mr Janik---under how many names have you posted anti regeneration posts on the Slough Community forum.

Mr Janik...the Burnham application was on a breen belt site in South Bucks...

NO CHANCE....

I understand the consortium has got an idea that the stadium will go into the space over the mound at Kenedy park down in the dip and the residents will not even see it ! on a land fill site....

this would allow Kenedy park to be used for new faclities and enhancment with trees bushes and proper landscaped land....not getting rid of the park....and the green space...this is an idea..and we must not get carried away....

with all those items mentioned on the hand out from an anti lobby supporter on wednesday !

Lets see what goes into the plan ...and then and only then if things are teribly wrong , then we can all talk about it....

cheers chris sliski

I post as BFR and people know who I am

Mocking? Perhaps you should abandon your French studies and concentrate on the English language. You can ask whatever you like.

Tell us more about being an official. You perhaps because of the extra payment given but me? Never ever saw that in the council's job spec. Which page is it on?

If this is a good example of use of the English language then I will stick to the French. No wonder you represent Britwell!
