Comments on our board seem similar to here. Most people wishing him luck, but also making a few comments about what money Woking have or don't have, and what they will have or won't have when he has finished!!

End of the day, Dagenham and you guys had good times under him. Yes, he left under a cloud at our place with the Fitzroy Simpson allegations, and the cr4p he bought in his last year and then going to you guys, BUT, he took us from the Ryman League into the Conference and then made us into a leading side in that league. And 3 3rd round appearances in 3 year is something I will never forget. Same with you lot, yes he was given money to spend but he didn't set the budget and if the money had not run out, he would have taken you up, and maybe beyond. Managers don't set the budget, they just spend it remember!!

 

Good luck to the bloke. Don't really like Woking, but they should be in the Conference really so maybe the partnership will work well.
