Sorry to disappoint you Mark but it's the other way around...it's them nicking our youngsters and their youngsters ain't any better than ours as well.We should make it "compulsory" for clubs at our level(Step 3-4-5) (like do in a Country I know well), to have every week on the team lists 3-4 under 19s with 2 starting so clubs will be forced to look for the best u'18s and give them a chance.It might even be a better playing level field out there.

There is no better learning curve for youngsters than the Senior league !
