I think IOC is the man for the job and can take this club places however is his budget good enough. He is a Kinnear in the making in my opinion. I hear he has a good budget but the problem Margate have always had, is our location. It costs more money to encourage good players from the London area this way. From what i've seen, many of the players are average. Could IOC do better with the budget he's got? Who knows!!!

The truth is that football managers are much of a muchness. There are not many geniuses out there. Clubs who keep chopping and changing managers, to replace the person who has just been fired with someone who isn't really any better, tend not to achieve a great deal.
