Doesn't surprise me that Parr left Heybridge - he left us to get first team football but hasn't really had a sniff since Ollie Morris-Saunders got back in. As for moving to Maldon & Tiptree, assuming Tony Tucker is still there I can't see him getting too much action there either.

 

Redbridge's new manager Jody Brown was a coach at Colchester United so could well have known Glowacki from his time there.
