Have already had discussions with him about his mis-hit cross. I conceded that it was a great hit but still not as good as mine on many counts.

 

Here they are i no particular order:

 

Not as important, didnt look as good on video, more technique involved on mine with a chest and a whallop, bigger cheer when mine went in, gave us the lead in extra time when Brunts only reduced the deficit, it helped Wars get a point when mine helped us win the League Cup, Brunty got a hug from his team mates and i got bundled, Brunty got a pat on the back from Tucks and i got man of the match, Brunts was in front of one man, his dog and smudge, mine was in front of 300+, Brunty celebrated quietly with his mates that night and i got absolutely smashed and needed rescuing by my sister at 1.30pm via a lift home from Windsor!

And you had about half an hour to hit yours !!

I sold the defender then pure power and accuracy!!

and you scored against a division 1 goal keeper that ended up conceding 4 in the match. I scored against 1 of the highest rated keepers at step 5 football.

If these players that come down the pyramid were any good thay would'nt come down it....Not taking anything away from your strike though... agree weebs but its not like Nicholls was only a squad player. He played 36 prem league games scoring 3 goals so he was good once! Most of us can say we were Chelsea, west ham, fulham youth/academy players but none of us can boast playing against World class players at the highest possible level (except when playing with Brunty of course).
