Blank Week Ahead.

I find it quite amazing that we do not have a first team game this week either at home or away bearing in mind all the cancellations over the past 2 months. saying that teams which played on Saturday continued dropping points thus giving us the motivation that should we get a 3-4 match winning spree going we'd close the gap to the play off spots. Wingate, Maldon and Potters Bar all drawing their games. Romford are looking consistent and Needham are going to have a major fixture pile up that I think will catch up with them.

 

My mid season forecast for the end of season is now:

 

East Thurrock Champions

Needham R/UP

Romford

Wingate

One Of Sudbury/ETFC/Maldon.

No midweek fixture this week or next. Better hope for a very mild/dry February or we'll end up playing 3 games a week.

Waltham Abbey fixture has been re-arranged for next Tuesday 25th January...... Although it's still raining so who knows?????

Just lookied at the league table which shows us joint 4th with Brentwood should everyone win all their games and be on equal games.

 

Lot's of optimism is to be had so let's support the boys this week to a win v's a tricky Ware side.
