How does Surrey Sports Park hold up? Am reffing Aldershot's academy guys there Saturday morning (v Brentford) so am hopeful they've got good drainage !!

Hi JJ. Just spoken to Tony and he says we are extremely doubtful.

However, he is looking again at tea time today for a fuller assesment

Local ref in tomorrow morning between 8 and 9am rather than Gavin Collins coming up from Ash.

Just finished the programme but not printed it yet.

Hope we get the funding for the pitch improvements.

Re games at Guidford

 

i am there fr the Adershot u18 game v Brighton and they contact me on friday afternoon if there coud be a doubt

 

i can advise on here if i hear

 

we are on the first pitch but not used as much as the others

 

no surrey Unv games on weds afternoons unti ater this month so good chance

One of my AB's has training up there on a Friday evening.

 

Stopped raining in Guildford and quite windy so heopfully nice drying weather. Looks like Tony is your man though. Good to bump into you on Tues Tony.

Been on our pitch today & very surprised how well its looking after the midweek game on it & all the rain before & after that game.

 

So we should have no problems at all tomorrow getting our home game against Horley Town ON

I think with the higher temps and wind that pitches do have an opportunity to dry out. Esp if we get no rain between now and tomorrow afternoon.

I am also interested in the Surrey Sports park as my lad if refereeing Fulham Girls U14's up there tomorrow and I am also mentoring another young referee on Fulham Girls U12's
