SACFC Res 4 Ilford Res 1

Recommended Posts

Well, I did say I'd be going again and again I was not disappointed. Another great performance by the ressies tonight. Things just didn't seem to click in front of goal in the first half. The same cannot be said for the second half, when the Saints took Ilford apart. I'm starting to get used to this passing game and I have to say, I like it. Six straight wins now and back on top. My MOM tonight was a toss up between Johnny Moore and Tony Perfect but in truth, the whole team performed well.

Team tonight was - Armand; Attwood, Riley, Lawall, Jones; Dan (Cogger), Moore, Parsons (Smith), Perfect; Griggs (Reid), Atkinson.

Unused Subs - Hull, Hanson.

well my 1st ressie game of the year and what a delight ,

double figures from the chances created wouldn't have been unjust...

well id happily pay £8 to see the reserves and begrudginly pay£2 to see the first team

the thing about them is they play as a team, they just get on with it, you dont notice the ref,you dont feel the urge to have 6 pints to watch them AND they score some cracking goals

firstXi vs Reserves , yep thats a game i would like to see, wonder who would resort to the "physical " aspect of the game first..
