Because no one has ever actually turned up and been changed, done the warm up and then had the game called off before have they!!

Love the Game - All I'm saying is that it was a bit late in the day for a pitch inspection, that's all, Leverstock Green must have been left in limbo wondering whether the game would be on or off as they would have had to leave Pancake Lane at about 5.30pm.

 

 

When i was at St.Margaretsbury we would have informed the officials and the club involved that a pitch inspection was being arranged. And i would say that has`nt changed therefore all would have been informed before their departure time.
