It states on Your Thanet that IOC is looking to bring in two new signings this week. He's not happy with the commitment of some players after the Croydon game.

maybe because he 'appears' to have lost elements of the dressing room!

What makes you think IOC "appears" to have lost elements of the dreesing room, as you put it. None of the players have ever said any thing like that, before or after games. Reading your post's Simon it seems you have some sort of gripe with o'connel. If you saw the battling performance at wealdstone last night, it would make your comments sound a bit stupid.

No don't worry, nothing like that. Iain is simply concerned that one or two may not be as good / reliable as he had hoped. As simple and as straight-forward as that. Observations are just that; nothing more.

Lets hope Iain can reinvest some of Saunders' wages when he duly departs. Now that he hs decided he wants out lets hope it is not a protracted process. In saying that with falling crowds it may well be that the board will want to save Saunders' money to cover other costs which means on the playing front we are no further forward.
