so good you said it twice,watched most of it,arsenal looked like they just werent interested but when wenger persists with bendtner arshavin and denilson this result was waiting to happen as was the game we drew with wigan the other month.Saying all that,if Arsenal don't win the second leg convincingly i would be very surprised.

Being cynical,i just wonder whether the Arsenal board spoke to Wenger and told him to take it easy first leg as to not affect ticket sales,had arsenal won 5-0 tonight i wouldn't expect more than 35'000 there for the second leg,as it is it should be a full house.I don't actually believe for one minute that is the case but nothing would surprise me in proffesional football

Knew Denilson was dog turd last year after SCHOLES IN HIS THIRD GAME IN NINE DAYS was not dog turd against Arsenal when he's normally dog turd against the Gooners even if he's fresh.

Wenger is blind when it comes to certain players,it's almost like he feels that by getting rid of them then he has failed,what he fails to realise is that every manager who has ever brought through young players from the youth has at one time or the other failed

I think Jewell's interview summed it up for you.

He didn't know the players and thought it best to let the guys who knew them take charge.

After yesterdat i think he should do that every game.
