When the final whistle went had a quick word with o'connell..he was very apologetic taking all the blame..but I think 95% of us (if not more) would of picked the same team..I did suggest curtis in the centre with osbourne on the left but osbourne doesn't have the pace to play wing back..

 

We need another striker and midfielder but we can't afford to get them, so what's o'connell meant to do!? I feel sorry for him..

 

Some of the tactics are a bit iffy..why always that long ball over the top? But at the end of the day its the 11 players on the pitch who are playing..

 

I heard some people suggesting it was time for o'connell to go..but who else is there?? He has to work with what he has got and like I've said, the players didn't put in the effort so I don't blame o'connell..

but its oconnell who brought most of these players in, paying them one of the top wages in the league

Based on our current form mid table is very optomistic. I think we need to be more concerned about staying up - the way things are going we could easily finish bottom 4 for the third season running!

 

 

 

 

Through thick and thin I will support the team of my choosing whether they play a blinder or play (like today) like they have'nt played as a team before. We are all entitled to our views and opinions but just a little too early to be calling for heads to roll - as for Pageys statement .... I agree wholeheartedly fella, no atomosphere, no enthusiasm and no desire....... and that was just your tape measure. :)

Time for a change? Never felt so low leaving Margate match this season. There seems to be a malaise affecting the team. But no budget to change things and who is out there in the mangement field to come in? Did not understand substitution. Take off Stubbsy who was getting stuck in and bring on the lightweight Grant, go 3 up front? leave us vulnerable in midfield . End result nil pointsll. Its another relegation battle ahead i fear.

staying out the bottom 4 will be a good season imo

 

 

and so it should be...... but some of the numpties on here believe we should be in the league. I despair of people that have absolutely no idea of what the manager (IOC) has had to endure to formulate the opinion that he should go and that they should know better than a guy that probably knows more about football than these wannabe managers could ever in their lifetimes know. Let the dust settle and the witch hunt disolve and we will see who will stay and who will go until then fellas stay behind the team. UP THE GATE
