Good game both sides dug deepboth sides very tired. Bethnal keeper saved penalty from Whitnell and Bethnal should have won with 2 chances last 5 minutes,draw probably right result!

Have played Witham twice in recent weeks, must say I've found Witham Supporters, Team/Management a very friendly bunch on both occasions and two entertaining/competitive games offered up by the teams. Some Witham supporters very complimentary about the welcome received and the facilities offered at Mile End and that was appreciated. All very much at odds with some of the comments passed on this forum in the past but nice to see in my opinion.

Ironically the result probably suited those present from teams in the leading pack than either team but long way to go yet and I'm sure plenty of twists and turns to come.
