Pretty much a second string side from us with a couple of trialists,one who looked useful.

Billy coyne & sam holloway were the only starters from saturdays game and billy went off with what looks like a busted arm

Tommy black started but also went off early on.

Romford looked a decent side and deserved their win although i am sure had we had our first eleven out we would of won,but who knows.

To be fair it was only a friendly but it was a great workout and the result was unimportant. Romford looked remarkably sharp in spite of all the recent inactivity but I don't think we will be claiming bragging rights until we do the same in a meaningful match.
