Moley you have confused me slightly. Looked back at my post on that date and the only 1 I think you can be referring too is where inbetweener asked how it can be good for sides to ship players in and out and I referred to Molesey and Guildford as the two teams at the top with settled sides. Not sure I mentioned money anywhere. I dont know what Cambo are paying let alone anyone else. Always happy to join in the debate where we all guess though

And there you are correct Moley. Chopping and changing does nothing in my eyes and the one of the biggest reason Guildford and Molesey will prob be the top two (Yes I am aware Chertsey are in the mix) is because of the settled nature of their sides. And fair play to their managers for that.

Be interesting to see at end of season, yes Guildford and Molesey have settled sides, Badshot, Chertsey and Camberley sign a new player every week, but what about Dorking etc, they seem to have used a large number, Banstead not so much but still both struggling.

To be fair to Chertsey I am not sure they have made that many signings this season in comparison with other seasons and have gone for less "names" and more proven players at this level. Probably the reason they will be in the top 3 ahead of Cambo and Badshot Lea.

Fair point Krooner. What has gone wrong at Badshot Lea, when I look at the signings they made pre and early part of season I expected them to if not win come very close to the title.

Did I see Jeffers has returned to Cove too? A good addition back Duncs/JJ what happened at Camberley as no offence intended but surely the better chance of success was there and the better money too I would imagine going on JJs posts.

No new signings to note is what I mean and yes it's nice to see players from this level as iv seen us play at all levels over 17 years and can safely say this is the hardest league to get out of and players with good knowledge of ccl is the way forward if we want to push for promotion come may.
