Answer?... hahahaha, I've no idea, or care, what the question is/was

I was just trying to make the game sound more interesting.,

Interesting? I doubt it TC!

Let me explain.... imo

I can’t see the benefits let alone the comparisons of defending against Kids, when this coming Saturday we need to defend against Kingstonian.

The reason I say Kids, is that tonight, Brentwood played against Harlow Town, so I can’t see Brentwood putting anyone out but Kids tomorrow night. :yay: skin comes to mind. Now that my Friend is interesting! smile%20(2).gif

I'm a little confused here Wolf...

Players obviously require match fitness, this perhaps was one of the contributing factors to the performance on Monday (an opinion and by no means a crticism). So, the only opportunity Craig has to give the players an opportunity to sharpen up before Kingstonian and get match fit at short notice, is is to play a number of players tonight against Brentwood tonight in the reserves. There isn't any other opportunity is there?

Unless, of course you know of an alternative? I respect your support and opinion Wolf but your comments comes across a bit negative when Craig is working to put things right with every opportunity he has avialable to him (no matter who the opposition are).

It's still a game of football to be won, with players being given the opportunity to shine. And the young players for Billericay (as well as Brentwood) will benefit from the experience as well (not an over riding factor for those only interested in the first team but still another product of tonights game).

Gaz! Now what you doing on here? Behave.

You should know better than to wander around in the woods on your own.

I not going to engage you or TC any further on this Topic.

Lets just see.

Gazza is spot on, an opportunity arose, and Crag has taken good advantage.

Like I said Wolf, I was trying to make what is a low key fixture against Brentwood sound a bit more interesting, you on the other hand, have made it sound as if will be the dullest game of the century, A bit of an own goal don't you think?

Let's be clear on the reserve team games, they are never dull. Last game, 2 goals in time added on.

2 - 3 dull as ditch water. Some good football, some bad football, some new faces, Young Brentwood Side their sub must have been 45 and 17 stone but he did well for the time he was on the pitch, Some poor refereeing, A certain penalty and the ref waved advantage. Tony Martin on goal one on one last seconds of the match to make it 3 a piece and the ref blows up for full time as he shoots. Thats boring!!!!!!!

I really like the ressie games, they are always entertaining...and interesting.

As you say rickydicie some good, and some bad last night. I think Ressie games are all about character, Some players see them as opportunity and some think they are a chore. Its far easier, imo, to judge a player's character in a ressie game than it is in training or a first team game.

5 goals, end to end football, in the rain, a novelty lino . I thoroughly enjoyed it ...and it was good to see Tony Martin back in a blue shirt!

A shame we didn't have a few more of our U18's on show, but last nights game, for the most part, had a different agenda,
