Is this the season’s biggest challenge?

 

20 games into the season and beaten by the bottom club 5-1.

 

The leakiest defence and lowest scorers’ - Sheerwater are in trouble.

 

It’s obvious that if nothing changes around the club, relegation will surely follow. It’s disappointing. Because there’s some quality in the club. But the squads small and with each game, players’ seem to drop out – at the last minute.

 

So, I’ve a challenge to anyone out there who believes they could make a decent fist of running a CCL1 side.

 

This is a perfect job for someone interested in ‘cutting their teeth’ in management. 18 games to go, there's plenty of time to turn it round.

 

You’ll need to bring in maybe 4 or more players to give some depth to the squad. The facilities are good – pitch is lovely.

 

The present management team will be around to help, if wanted. The reserves have a manager in place.
