Staines Lammas 4-1 Westfield

Poor today , I think thats 10 in a row we've lost now away from home. Prob the least impressive Lammas side ive seen in recent times but to their credit they attacked well and take their chances. 'Animal' got on the score sheet after poor 'Henry' slipped coming for a cross for their opener. We got on top for the rest of the half and had 3 cleared off the the line but conceeded right on half time. Second half Lammas sat back and invited us on and we got back into it. Was convinced then we'd go on from there but yet another mistake at the back let them in for their third and with the game stretched and chances at both ends they scored their 4th and could have added a couple more at the end.......

We're back at home Saturday !

Warlingham 1-1 Worcester Park

Fair but disappointing result for Wars. Both sides looked like they had a month off and looked short of match fitness. Saying that a well fought game with tackles flying in. Park take lead on 18min from the spot and deserved to be in front. Wars then started to control and were awarded a pen of their own only to see in saved by the evergreen Kingy in goal. Both sides battled it out for the rest of half with no serious chances. 1 down at half time Wars came out strong and Jansen made up for his penalty miss witha rocket half volley fron egde of box to bring scores level. Chances fell to wars but they couldnt take them. Then with 5 to go Kingy in Park goal misjudged a ball in box and brought down Wars right winger Baker and from were I was is was a definite pen.....to my disbelief NO PENALTY!!!! game played out 1-1 dasappointed with a draw but after 5 weeks off happy we didnt get beat.

South Park 1-1 Farliegh Rovers

Fair result, Park lost top scorer Lavery after 10 mins with a gash in his head which was a blow. First half both teams had a couple of decent chances but both teams looked rusty infront of goal. Second half Park create 3 or 4 good chances before Farliegh hit us on the break Spencer rounding the keeper and finishing well. Park pushed for the equaliser but found the Farliegh keeper in fine form pulling off some of the best saves ive seen this season. Farliegh got a man sent off with 15 to go then got another sent off minutes later! Park got level with 10 to go with Smith 21st of the season, but the 9 men held on for a deserved point.

Horley town4- Dorking 0.

Not a very good 1st half but Horley led 1-0 with a great strike from Dave Brown.

Second half it was just the case of how many Horley would score it could of been 8 or 9 but for missed chances and wrong choices in front of goal but after a long break it was a great 3

points. Dave Brown completed his hat trick. Dorking I think had 1 chance in the 1st half when they could of lobbed the keeper but apart from that they were not a threat for Horleys back

line.

Must say I thought the 3 officials were great today.

Love posters like you H.T.F.C.,Horley created little first half, Dorking had 2 great chances 1st half to take the lead, but poor finishing was to blame.2 late goals secured a 4-0 win.The 1st goal was a very sweet strike by Dave Brown, worth the entrance money alone. The Referee was a homer, very poor, too busy lecturing one side, and booking there players, whilst ignoring misdeanours by Horley players.Right result though.

Seriously Smudge,

They had 1 chance in the 1st half, we must of had 40 shots at goal and only converted 4.

Forums are great, full of different views, but we all believe we are right.! Lol.

Glad you were there paying the entrance fee.

Latest - Molesey 1-0 Sutton United

WELL DONE MOLESEY YESTERDAY ON A DESERVED WIN OVER RYMAN PREM LEADERS SUTTON UTD. I HEARD FROM SOME SUTTON SUPPORTERS THAT 5 1ST TEAMERS STARTED WITH 2 ON THE BENCH WHO CAME ON DURING THE 2ND HALF AS SUTTON PRESSED FOR THE EQUALISER, BUT DESPITE ONE LAST MINUTE SCARE, MOLESEY STOOD FIRM DEFENDED VERY WELL AND WERE EXTEMELY DANGEROUS ON THE BREAK IN WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE SCORED FROM 2 EXCELLENT CHANCES. I BELIEVE THE MOLESEY KEEPER HAD ONE SAVE TO MENTION, ALL THE OTHER WAS BASIC KEEPER STUFF..

MOLESEY SCORED IN THE 2ND MINUTE AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN 3 UP IN 15 MINS. FANTASTIC SUPPORT FROM BOTH CLUBS (ABOUT 200) MADE IT A GREAT ATMOSPHERE AND HAVE TO ADMIT IT WAS AN EXCELLENT FOOTBALLING GAME FROM BOTH SIDES. ENJOYABLE TO WATCH

AS USUAL THE MOLESEY PEOPLE AND SUPPORTERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY BUNCH, AND THANKS FOR THE CHEAP COUPLE OF PINTS AND LOVELY CHIPS !

CREDIT MUST GO TO TO MOLESEY FOR KEEPING THE CCL FLAG FLYING.

Moles website has the gate as 300. Only 2 Sutton first team squad players started the game and there were about 5 in total with single figure appearances for the 1st team.

Still a good result for The Moles although the future of this competition, IMHO, must be in doubt. After all, we have a Surrey premier cup for reserve teams/squads!

The "bigger" Surrey clubs aren't interested and I would resent paying full admission to watch any club's reserve team!

CWUFC withdrew from the London FA senior cup this year but may return in 2011/12.

SO CHRIS, FROM YOUR COMMENTS I TAKE IT YOU WASN'T WATCHING THE GAME ? IF YOU WASN'T HOW DO YOU KNOW WHO PLAYED FOR SUTTON ?

I CAN ONLY INFORM WHAT SUTTON SUPPORTERS TOLD ME, WHICH IS SUPPORTED BY SUTTON'S FORUM WHICH CONFIRMS THAT THERE WERE INFACT 4 X 1ST TEAM REGULARS AND 2 X 1ST REGULARS ON THE BENCH, SO I WASN'T FAR WRONG.........LOL !

YOU SAY THE ''BIGGER'' SURREY CLUBS AREN'T INTERESTED, WELL SUTTON WERE RUNNERS UP IN THIS COMPETITION LAST SEASON, THEY HAVE WON THE COMPETITION 15 TIMES AND RUNNERS UP 11 TIMES ALSO :.

DULWICH 16 WINS, 6 R/UP

KINGSTONAIN 11 WINS, 6 R/UP

WOKING 10 WINS, 16 R/UP

TOOTING 9 WINS, 7 R/UP

THAT TELLS ME THEY ARE INTERESTED TO A CERTAIN DEGREE MATE..........
