Ground Improvements @ Brimmo ?

Recommended Posts

ok after a slow start there was a lot of activity to get the concrete down and SOME fencing up and then......

Nothing ?

Can someone please inform us when:-

a) The old covered standing area is to be moved, and the gap closed off.

B) The Dug Outs moved

c) The Turnstiles put in

d) Behind the goal fenced off or covered.

e) I am aware the seats will not be purchased until after we know league requirements, so let's leave that one for now.

Or has all the money gone on the new burger bar inside the club house and buying endless stock of plastic cups?

Why is everybody so up in arms about the plastic cups! You should have seen some of the faces at the APSA game and also how p***ed off the bar staff were getting over some of the complaints. It tastes the same whether you drink beer from a glass or a plastic cup.

What is the matter with you lot?! THey got the ground to FA Cup standard in time. The next task is to ensure it is suitable for Ryman standard next season. Yes, the ground needs fully enclosing ASAp but don't forget, the team coordinating the work are voluteers. Most of them have full time jobs. They have not let us down now and I'm certain they won't in the future.

Who said anything about ETFC forking out the cash???.......Havn't we recieved our money from the F.A yet???.

I thought most of Brimsdowns bit had been completed...the funding for the stands, was for ETFC.

Having this discussion,is not to criticize the commitee members, who have put a lot of time and effort into this project(with little percieved help from Brimsdown,i might add).....It's just to get clarity about the situation, and how things stand, and why the delay.
