To be fair NG I don't think Fleet had played much football either - I match since 22nd November. Looking at the strong team they (Fleet) put out they certainly wanted to avoid any "giant killing"

I agree GF we were both in the same boat not being able to play/train so it wasn't down to that. They put out a very strong team and it was a good test for us which hopefully we will learn from. For 45 mins we matched them and played well they took the one chance they got we didn't take ours! thats the difference in levels. We have now arranged a friendly v Kingstonian on weds the 5th to try and get a run of games going and again learn from a team in the higher divisions.
