Cost Saving Or False Economy?

Windsor Rebel

Recommended Posts

Had an intereresting chat with my counterpart at WEFC over the weekend. Apparently, after the floodlights failed the first time (before the Bashley game),

various quotes were obtained for their repair, and it was decided to get the repair done ON THE CHEAP. So no surprise that the fault re-occurs.

I have this from a reliable source. Comments guys?

I sense a few people knowing a little about a lot but, thinking they know a lot about a little instead of a little about a little, they make the assumption (I use the word carefully in this context as 'assume' is often unconditionally deconstructed or even misconstrued and can become ass u me) that if they knew a little about the little that other people know little about , then they'd still only know a little. And they probably do. Think Baldrick, mathematics, and the two beans plus two beans scenario: yes, they make a small casserole, but the answer is actually four. It's a simple equation and one that should appeal to those of a similar mind. And to think Mr Cantona used to write about sardines, trawlers and seabirds.
