At the forum-was the question specifically asked as to what the cost of the develpment was ?

Was the question asked and it was declined to comment-or was it not even muted.

Whilst as i understand it ,the develpment company (shared with the hotel etc. ?)will take the costs ,it would be interesting to hear the indicative costs of perhaps the overall development(all 4 sides ) finished'and for now-maybe the split between north stand/changing rooms/offices, east stand and hotel ;and then the cost of the training/3g pitches.

Most developers are prepared to release the estimated costs of the project-hopefully thee same will apply here

Not asked specifically and I don't expect it to be revealed by the developers. The stadium is just a part of the development - although obviously a critical part and it's what the football club gets for free / being the conduit for the rest of the commercial development to take place.

The cost is part of the developer's commercial arrangements and (if it were me) would remain confidential becasue of that.

If people want to see what a Grade A stadium costs to build, then there are other examples although the range can be quite significant. It might be a case of pick a number between 1 and 5 then add 6 zeros! Of course, two sides of the ground will have commercial operations on one side and places to watch football from on the other so costing for just the football side of things is always going to be a just a case of how you allocate money rather than a real cash issue.
