the only sharks i will come across will be the card sharks in the casino!!

 

anyone got any tips for playing Black Jack?

 

played it many times before in Golden Nugget in London, and Casino at the Atlantis in Bahamas.

 

Any players out there?

 

 

I stick to Holdem, lose too much money too quick on Blackjack.

i enjoy Texas hold em and regularly have games at my house but never played it in a casino!

 

 

Better set up a Fans Focus card school then, looking at the forecast we could be in for a winter break!

I play a bit of Texas Holdem, Ian should add a poker room on here, I did request in another thread. Maybe we should bend his ear.

Just looked at the forecast.

 

It says minus 4 on Friday night but 2 on Saturday with only a mention of light snow.

 

Bearing this in mind, can clubs give some thought to getting their games inspected after 9 in the morning, because they will obviously still be frozen if they do it then. However, if they are patient, we might get away with some games after all, and who knows when we might see another one, as minus 11 in Leatherhead is forecast for next week!

Stick on 12 to14 as 9 times out of 10 its a picture and always double on 11 ok mate.........................

did any one see the anderlecht game in the europa league or the leverkusen v athletico game? , both pitches covered in snow and yellow balls used anderlecht even still wore a white kit, just frustrates me that although i understand if pitches are icy or hard then there is a safety issue , but if it is just snow although its not great conditions that so many games do get called off

I agree but you have to remember that those clubs have manpower available to clear pitches and lines. A lot of clubs at this level do not have that capability.

Heavy snow at Heathrow and the sky is pitch black...really wierd.......................

Another blizzard......We have had 7 cm in the last 15 mins ....I fear for football this weekend chaps....Thank God we got the chase game in last Sunday......................
