Saturday Weather

Heavy snow predicted for the Farnborough area on Saturday and i'm sure the rest of the CCL area too.

Will orange/yellow balls be needed?? Are these balls allowed to be used bearing in mind that they are not official match balls??

Will it snow hard enough that the lines begin to disappear. Do any clubs have coloured paint for the lines? Do clubs have enough volunteers to clear the lines before and during the match?

Will it just be too cold for any football?

Or shall we all just stay inside and curl up by the fire??

I have yellow footballs if needed Johnno

would a referee allow these balls to be used as they're not official footballs supplied by the ccl

I am sure they would if that is all that was preventing the game from being played. Referees are football loving people not killjoys!!

Weather forecast is not looking good and I would be surprised if there is any football with the sub zero temperatures forecast

Our under 18 game v Westfield is still on Tonight though heavy rain may cause a postponement.

Wet grounds + freezing temperatures makes Saturday very doubtful I would have thought.:492:

Ref at Farnham (Res) last Saturday showed good common sense and allowed yellow balls to be used on a pitch that still had a bit of snow on it
