This was Sippo's 9th goal this season (played 18 matches) maybe he should be playing/starting more games.

 

He seems to be fit enough. (not sure if this fitness will last if he plays every match, but there is only one way to find out if it will).

Absolutely brilliant game, played really well. Every player was MOTM in my opinion, so glad we went.

 

Other highlights of the game were the tipsy real ale drinker's, along with David who apparently had 6 pints, YES six!!! so you can imagine what that was like and the funniest part was Julie, Chris, Aidan and myself going up the other end to join Paul behind the goal and their steward coming along and standing near us, god knows what he thought we were going to do, I expect he thought Warren was with us!!!

 

Anyway well done guys really enjoyed the game, great win.

Sippo has goals galore in the cup especially in away games but very few in the league. saying that he doesn't get quite as many opportunities to play in the league.

 

sounds like a good win for us and glad to read we gave those who have been on the bench recently at best a chance to play. the likes of Sippo and Yeboah have been a bit unlucky not to get more game time. Sonner and Byrne getting a game can only help their fitness after injury

 

its not the most important thing in our season but its nice to still be in a cup even if it means more league games potentially rearranged

Slough really played well tonight and was one of our better performances this season...and those who travelled were rewarded with this fine display.

 

Jacko in Goal ! brilliant for his encouragement and marshalling of the back four, really makes a difference ...and a clean sheet tonight !

 

well done the Slough team..one and all..

 

As Sue said we were entertained by the (real Ale pub crawlers) ..too ... a good night all round... and a

 

bloody good laugh ! This is why I always will support our team and its supporters ...

Well done to those who made the journey across last night, was certainly appreciated by the players and good to see Eddie Denton in the bar after the game and have a little chat with him as well.
