Bury Town match pictures

Tebbs

Actually, it was some the tag lines that got my goat... Like the no. 7 wasn't trying his best to get Cuz sent off, Eh? .... And the defender that collapsed in a heap on the instructions of the 'keeper after the ball was kicked out was about the level of fair play demonstrated. Then again, if you're taking pictures you do miss things...

The photo's, Tebbs are good. I miss our photographer who was brilliant!!! As programme editor, I was spoiled for choice for pictures and could've filled it with pictures and sod the text. Now, I take my camera but am in no way as good (I get the odd lucky shot but usually I have to take about 200 to get twenty good or passable ones). I think I'm going to have to go and do a course because I do enjoy the photography side but taking action pictures under lights is a bit beyond me at the mo.

I do like the one of Harrison....

Ah well, on reflection, no doubt that, cynical or not, Bury were the better side on the day and credit (and the points go to them)...maybe, if we hadn't had the enforced break, there would've been a different result...

Tebbs, I agree.... Damn difficult to get am offside picture...easier to get a response from some self righteous person, who's only effort to support their club is to show indignation on a forum...

and afther that "bomb shell"....I'll get my coat.......:monkey:

Merry Xmas

(Wolf...thanks for the offer....but I'd decline...we don't want anymore "bleating" like lambs on here - then again....isn't that your staple food?????).

(and Tebbs, if I hadn't posted my question, I would've asked for a sample but...my "cheek" only goes so far).

Don't diss the "cow shed"...all it needs is some hanging flower baskets...

And we have possibly the best view in the Ryman for the "shed"....as well as the football.

Don't be to hard on yourself gazza 12 good ones out of 200 isn't a bad strike rate believe it or not (especially this time of year). Just bang the ISO up as high as you can, your f/ number as low as possible & try to keep the shutter speed at 1/250 or above. Also look for the light spots on the pitch & position yourself to take advantage of the light when the action comes your way. If the action is on the other side of the pitch you will be very lucky to get anything usable (but keep shooting you never know your luck till you push it.)

If you hadn't posted your question I would of had yet another post with no replies, never had 2 pages on a post before brille008.gif carry on being cheeky my man, I might be after a photo pass in March smilewinkgrin.gif
