My new manager is a t**t

Right, today we had a difficult customer who was shouting her head off because she was chucked out. The manager just p***ed off and left us to deal with it ourselves, the yellow-belly tw@t. Then, a bloke who wanted to put a poster up advertising T'ai Chi, which my colleague Jorge does, he wouldn't allow it because HE didn't like the idea of T'ai Chi. I asked for an explanation and he started talking some [****!!****] about how 'there are many dark roads you can go down in life and T'ai Chi is one of them'-what the f*ck??? perhaps he knows something I don't but T'ai Chi has never appeared evil to me.

 

Also, whenever someone requests a holiday he rotas them on, despite knowing weeks (months in my case!) in advance that they want time off, he's lazy, he's hardly ever there and he's so crap at doing the rota that we hardly ever have enough staff on to cope.

 

He thinks that taking us to the pub after meetings and creating crap little incentives like a picnic in the park excuses him for being a useless bast@rd and he disrespects the most experienced members of staff by over-looking them for promotion and giving it to someone that's been there a few weeks and doesn't know jack [***!!***] about the company and the store.

 

Phew! Feels good to get that off my chest, as it were.

I overheard him today, saying that our Area Manager has been sending in 'spies' to see how much time he spends on the shopfloor and their conclusion was basically 'not very much'. Also, we had a late delivery this morning, supposed to be there at 7am,(when I went to work), and it turned up at about 10.30/11am, when it was really busy. Guess what? Our manager didn't come in until 12.30 when it all just happened to have been sorted. A coincidence? I think not!!
