The leagues & FA start thinking about postponing Saturday games when there is bad weather for 24 hours to a Sunday where possible.

It seems we are heading again for harsh winters, whereas for the last 20 years we have had pretty much no snow, the last 3 winters have been bad again

I know some clubs will not be able to get their fixtures switched but am sure some would, easing possible fixture congestion

This weekend is a prime example,i am confident that many games would of gone ahead today instead of yesterday,it's hard for clubs to get volunteers in the week but on Saturdays most clubs can rely on a small army of volunteers who could work to get the pitch playable on a Sunday

I know it wouldn't work all the time as the weather can remain bad for days but where possible I think it should be looked at,especially as predictions are for more harsh winters
