Hampshire County Cup Games W/e 4/5 December

Just received the following message from Hampshire FA

 

 

Dear All

 

Please be aware that following the recent heavy snowfall across the whole of the Hampshire FA boundary, a decision has been taken to postpone all matches in all Hampshire FA Cup Competitions for the upcoming weekend, the 4th and 5th December 2010.

 

However, the following procedures must be followed;

 

1. The Home Club must contact their opponents, match officials and parent league to advise of the postponement.

 

2. All matches will be scheduled for the weekend of 11th and 12th December 2010.

 

Please can I ask all leagues to publicise this important message on their websites/bulletins. Can I also ask all referee appointment secretaries to forward this message to their match officials.

 

May I take this opportunity to thank all volunteers for their continued support during this difficult time.
