Not impressed with Clubdraw at present. As much as I want to help the club, the lack of prize winner lists and no feedback when you e-mail them doesn't really encourage me to renew. A little transparency from them wouldn't go amiss!

Really appreciate that. And I think it is an issue that you don't get a reply fropm Clubdraw so I will still follow that up. On the prize winers list, I they do say, "All our winners are notified in person - and we update the prize news here every week." Perhaps the prize news could be more informative.

Yes, SUPERDRAW winners (down to £10) are listed on the official Margate club website / SPURDRAW site.

CLUBDRAW which is a seperate site to ours explain their winners policy, which is to only notify winners directly - ie not list them. Tony's point was about Clubdraw not SUPERDRAW.

Does there need to be a clear statement of the differences in running/prizes/timings/beneficiaries/ etc of both Goalden goal/superdraw and club draw.

Is there a bit of confusion/cross fertilisation ?

Discount for holders of both 'funds' ?

All the information about both lotteries is clearly accessible via the official club website. They are run by different organisations on behalf of Margate FC (Clubdraw) and MISA (Superdraw). The names are different - Margate Clubdraw and Goalden Gate Superdraw - so I'm not sure what more we can do. In fairness, I don't think Tony was confused at all with his comment.

Agree wellsie-but most people are 'lazy clickers'-you have to go to both draws seperately -which is fine-but by the time you've taken in one-i wonder if potential customers then by pass the other ?

i have read both -and understand-but it does take a few minutes to grasp the nuances of both draws -(hurts my simple brain )

Simply wondering whether there could be a single comparison/summary page where both 'draws' are put alongside each other as well,so customers see what they get from both draws -the differences and the similarities.

I think they are both great-but does take a bit of understanding-but there again-maybe its probably just me being dim and a bit slow on the pick up

Although occasionally confused by the simplest of things, I do know I was referring to the Clubdraw!

I appreciate that they contact winners individually but the Superdraw lists its winners on the web-site and to be honest, with the lack of transparency, as I previously mentioned, I may not renew my Clubdraw sub.

MFC won't lose out as I will just find another way to put that money into the club!
