Tell me about it!! Four players away this week as no game originally scheduled when they booked, but this game re-arranged as you know. Big centre half played Saturday, so cannot play either as he swapped shifts, plus I have been advised about a 7 dayer having come in - can't think from where - so not too likely to play him. The snow machine from Disney Store in Kingston is already on order just in case. Shame, as I've been looking forward to this game for some reason, but we'll get there in the New Year at some point.

well i'm not available as i'm in the Santa workshop building loads of toys! My busy time of year unfortunately!

 

JJ YOU STILL HAVEN'T GOT OUT OF THAT GREEN SUIT AND RED FUNNY LOOKING SHOES HAVE YOU ?

 

I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT BY NOW YOU WOULD HAVE GROWN OUT OF THEM..........BUT THEN AGAIN.................

Johnno, thanks for that great advice and we will bear in mind the fact that it might be colder at night than during the day. We also know that you like to be kept informed and perhaps you could let us know what time of day you would like us to have the pitch inspected - as it is almost certain this will have to be done. That way you will not be too inconvenienced should the game be called off for any reason and can plan your evening accordingly. I prefer an early shout to be fair, but your input would be extremely helpful. Unfortunately, we have no orange or yellow balls, so perhaps you could bring yours!

 

Always happy to give advice Manager50. Dont think a pitch inspection is necessary do you? Gonna snow tonight and temperatures will not get above freezing!

No way will the Spectrum be given the green light for Step 4 football. There is a juicy little rumour that Guildofrd will be able to go up ut I have no idea how. If they do win the league and cannot go up it will make our league look a bit silly again. Please don't go on about 2nd placed teams going up cos if there are enough champions in other leagues there is no chance of it.

 

Presumably they are hoping to be in place with the development at Slyfield, lots of work to do in a short time if thats the case.

YOU KNOW WE ALL LOOK FORWARD TO WATCHING YOUR FILMS, DID YOU GO TO WATCH A GAME ON SATURDAY ? ........... OH I KNOW, YOU WENT TO WATCH YOUR BELOVED AFC ?

 

 

 

 

Have to confess I watched it on telly. Suspected it would be men against boys (as in the League game last year), so took easy option with intention of then wandering round to Meadowbank for Dorking v Sandhurst which was of course called off! No time to get anywhere else, so first Saturday since the summer with no live football! Horrible, but expecting it to happen again this Saturday by the look of it :(

NG I think I know who you are I think you were at the Egham match and I clocked you a couple of times when i was in discussion with the crowd.I never forget a face and boy is yours one not to forget.
