Prospects of Play Saturday 27th

Hows it looking with pitches and forecasts for tomorrow for those of us at home ?? Any chance of any games?

Going by the forecast I have just looked at on Metcheck there is a hard frost tonight and the temp will not get above 2 all day tomorrow. If that happens I would imagine Krooner Park will be iffy as the far side doesnt get any sun and may not get a chance to actually thaw out.

Just spoke to Hanworth Villa.

Looking at the situation at 4pm today and then again at 11am tomorrow.

One end of ground does not get any sunlight and a hard frost may put the game in doubt.

got a ref in just to look at it around 12.15pm. I personally cant see any problem with it as most of the pitch had thawed out at midday today but just to be on the safe side especially as tomorrow's ref is coming from hammersmith. I dont want him getting here calling it off as his expenses will cost us a fortune.

 

But i sure it will be ok & look forward to speaking to you tomorrow & hope its an entertaining as the match a couple weeks ago
