great toy, but ive always found boats a bit boring.. a while back i was obsessed with getting my own jet bike thingy.. then i hired one on holiday and i can safely say after 10 mins i was bored sh.tless..

great way to get to work tho, just drive into the thames and pull up/moor up outside the building..maybe not quite so much fun at 5.30 on a cold feb morning into a force 6 gale with a minging hangover tho

I have to admit that when I saw it my first two thoughts were...

 

1. I might get one of those.

2. I'll try CANV's one out first.

To be honest, I think you'd have a big problem with a convertable out at sea. A year or so ago there was a big flood on the way to work, which means if some other twat from Luton is driving the other way you get flooded: soggy carpets etc, etc. Not pleasant. Also, sea gulls can be a bit of a problem when you don't have a roof.

i also think that 45,000 ton oil tankers in the thames estuary in fog at 11.30pm could cause a few problems as well .. how much is the bolt on radar kit?

It would come in handy for those trips over to France, I wonder how big the boot is.

should be room for a set of golf clubs if you take the anchor out.. only has a 50 mile range in boat mode so remember to fill up before the return journey.. probably best to return under the cover of darkness, dont want to have the royal navy taking pot shots at you thinking your an asylum seeker

You could make the money back by bringing over asylum seekers for 10k a time at the weekend!
