Will Today's Game Be On??

already mentioned by Sliski about the pitch needing work meaning the youth game was off and now the fog around the area just wondering what the chances are of todays game taking place??

Must be in doubt. It's thick fog here and the BBC website says fog for Beaconsfield until between 2100 and midnight.

 

When will a decision be made, and will it by us or does the ref have to do it ?

its not looking good at all. if anything its getting worse fog wise

 

typical that if we get a frustrating postponement preventing us from trying to try and start a good run of form but what can you do

The match referee will make the final decision. At lunchtime today in Slough, visibility was fine although 7pm and onwards is the key time.

 

Referee will be at the ground around 6pm and we will review then. I will get the official site updated with information as we have it.

I reckon as long as the pitch is ok, it will be up to the referee when he gets to the ground. I think the ruling is that you have to be able to see both goals from the halfway line in order for the game to start, so it seems unlikely at the moment, but let's hope it clears.

All, game very much on at the moment. Clear enough to see end to end which is more than sufficient.
