www.newsnow.co.uk is pretty good..it refreshes every 200 seconds I think and shows you news from your preferred search..so I have mine bookmarked as west ham and it shows you west ham news from all sources on the net from the last 1 minute, 10 minutes, half hour, hour, 4 hours etc etc..

 

And of course www.margate-fc.co.uk is pretty awesome too!
