Rhodes - What a load of bull. There have been a few jobs from the start of the season till now that have been up for grabs...So saying he is clubs first port of call is complete POOH.... I'm not saying the bloke is not a good manager nor am i saying he is a bad one in fact not having ago at him what so ever...I am having a pop at you for making such a POOH statement.

Love the Game....being an official toilet attendant then he's used to dealing in sh*t so guess it's only natural for him to talk sh*t too.

back to original thread. From experience i would say someone who is well organised has a good knowledge of players at and around that level and is honest.

Can i add a question. What is the highest level a manager from a ssml club has gone on to manage?

dont know.................... but i have played under some poor managers who did not have a clue.....................many lack man management abilities........... but have also played for some cracking managers
